ATTENTION: Concern Form Requirement
All concerns submitted to the Association shall be treated as confidential to the extent permitted by law. Concerns must be submitted in writing, include supporting evidence (such as photographs, videos, witness statements, dates, times, or other relevant documentation), and clearly identify the alleged violation, condition, or issue. The individual submitting the concern should also provide a reasonable suggested solution or desired outcome. Anonymous concerns may not be investigated unless accompanied by sufficient independent evidence to substantiate the matter. The Association reserves the right to request additional information before taking any action.
